Wrestling Head Coach
Camp fires up on Wednesday, June 25th with check-in from 12–1 PM, followed by a campus tour, an evening technique session, and official weigh-ins. After dinner, athletes and coaches lock in for a high-impact session on sport psychology and strength — setting the tone for what’s ahead.
Thursday, June 26th is where things get real — the Dual Meet Tournament kicks off. Two full sessions of team battles, top-tier competition, and coach feedback packed between every round. The night ends with open mat rolls and an alumni social for stories, networking, and legacy.
Friday, June 27th brings the Individual Tournament. Warm-ups hit at 9, and then it’s non-stop wrestling until the final whistle — followed by awards and checkout.
It’s three days of gritty work, elite-level competition, and memories that hit just as hard as the matches. Let’s go.

opportunity to pick the brain of the 2020 NSCA Strength & Conditioning Coach of the year.
Coaching ideas: Practices, Competitions, on site PPR’s, Leadership ideas, Technique sessions are all things that I'd be happy to
chat about and learn from you all as well.
